The State Board of Cosmetology requires us to follow strict guidelines given to us by Florida Health Department and the CDC. 

COVID-19 is a highly contagious virus that spreads from person to person. In addition to long-held and explicit sanitationmeasures this business has always adhered to, new preventative measures have been put in place to further reduce thespread of this novel coronavirus. 
If you are not feeling well or you have knowingly been exposed to any symptoms within the last 14 days, we ask for the safety of our staff and clients that you notify us privately and reschedule your appointment.
We have limited the number of people in the salon to not exceed 10, promoting social distancing.Only guests with an appointment can be in the salon.  No children or other guests will be allowed to accompany you inside.All clients must wear face masks.

It is our goal to provide you with the absolute best service. If you have any questions regarding your experience, please let your stylist or Guest Coordinator know immediately.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

No refunds will be given on services that have been completed and paid for. All product sales are final. If there are any questions, please ask one of our trained specialists to assist you.

RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

We encourage our guests to schedule in advance to ensure that there preferred treatment / stylist is available.  All reservations must be secured with a major credit card/gift card and telephone number.  A valid credit card or deposit may be required at the time your reservation is made. We request a 72 hour notice for cancellations. All cancellations made less than 72 hours will be subject to a 25% of service(s) charge. No shows will be charged up to 100% of service(s), if part of a prepaid package or gift certificate, session will be forfeited. All cancellations and no show charges are at the discretion of spa management. 

LATE ARRIVALS

To ensure the best guest experience, we regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension if another guest’s appointment is impacted. We encourage all guests to arrive 15 minutes before their appointment time in order to fill out any necessary paper work.  This practice guarantees full service time is provided. Although we are a team of huggers, we will be smiling and waving from a distance.Thank you so much for your incredible patience and understanding as we navigate through these uncertain times!
