Powder Brows are a popular form of permanent makeup for a reason.
If you already have full brows but are tired of filling them in yourself, we definitely recommend powder brows, which give a gorgeous natural finish that simply helps to define your brows.
Powder brows tend to last a little longer on the skin, which is why they’re recommended for people with oily skin, as hairstrokes can last way much less, depending on skin.
This technique is also highly recommended before you do hair strokes. It will add fullness and definition to your eyebrows and it will help your eyebrows last longer.

After your powder brows heal, you can have a hairstroks, that way your eyebrows will look much fuller and still very natural.
It is extremely important to be relaxed before and after your treatment. If you are stressed, your body will reject the pigment and you may need to do more than two sessions. It is highly recommended to do things that are stress free and that make you happy. Trust me, it truly does make a difference.

What Does Powder Brows Treatment Look Like?
The actual treatment consists of several steps that usually look like this:
STEP 1: You will be asked to fill out a consent form at our studio.
STEP 2: Some BEFORE pictures will be taken (you can also show a picture of your favorite brows).
STEP 3: We will measure and design the perfect shape for your face. One that makes you look younger and even more beautiful.
STEP 4: Your eyebrow area will be numbed, to minimize discomfort.
STEP 5: The magic will be done on your eyebrows.
STEP 6: The AFTER picture will be taken.
- We STRONGLY recommend a revisit appointment within 4-6 weeks of the initial powder brows process.
- We do not consider your powder brows process complete until you receive a second treatment.

WHO CAN'T GET POWDER BROWS:
- -If you have a permanent makeup done previously, please send your no makeup eyebrows picture to 863.866.8474 before making an appointment
- -You have to be no younger than 18 years old to get Powder Brows
- -People who had Botox or other injections less than 2 weeks before the treatment
- -Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- -Do not use tanning beds before the treatment
- -Do not use blood thinners or aspirin
- -Do not drink alcohol or use drugs before the treatment
WHAT IS POWDER BROWS?
Powder Brows are meant to create a powder look much like topical powder make up. They are not for creating hair strokes at all and are best for clients that want a more solid looking brow or have brows but want a base color.
Who's ideal for powder brows? Someone who simply want to have their brows filled in with makeup and not have to fill the, in every day and a guide for shaping. Powder brows do have a more defined look.

HOW LONG DOES A POWDER BROW TREATMENT TAKE?
The initial procedure takes approximately 1/2 hours. During this time, a consultation is done where we discuss your desired brow look, choose a colour tone and draw the initial outline of the procedure area for your approval. Though our faces are NOT perfectly symmetrical (one side is usually flatter than the other), our goal is to create as much symmetry as possible! As we like to say BROWS ARE SISTERS, NOT TWINS. Once you are satisfied with the basic shape and symmetry, we numb it and create beautiful hair looking strokes with a manual hand tool.
*We strongly advise to book your first Powder brow appointment at least 1-2 months in advance of Vacation, Weddings, and special occasions. This allows adequate time for healing of both your initial powder brow appointment as well as a touch up appointment 4-6 week after.
IS POWDER BROWS TREATMENT PAINFUL?

IS THERE ANY DOWN TIME AFTER PROCEDURE? DO I NEED TO TAKE OFF WORK?
WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE ANY HAIR?
WHAT NOT TO DO?
We are asking you at first day of your treatment to take bathe not shower. Next day you may shower or bathe normally, but avoid getting any harsh soaps, shampoos, water on them as this can be detrimental to the bonding process that must take place for the pigment to stabilizing in the dermis. DO NOT pick or scratch at the dry skin/flakiness; let the skin fall off naturally. Picking can cause scarring and premature loss of pigment. IMPORTANT: Once the flakes have fallen off, a shiny layer of healing skin will completely cover treated area. It may appear that your eyebrows has been completely disappeared. This is just new skin forming. Within 1-2 weeks, the skin will slowly reappear at a lighter shade as your skin regenerates, you will see that your color will come back.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF I NEED A REVISIT APPOINTMENT?
THIS IS TEO STEP PROCESS. BROWS LOOK REALLY FINISHES AFTER THE 2ND APPOINTMENT.
The second stage of the treatment is a REVISIT appointment. Second session are done no earlier than 4 weeks of your initial procedure and no later than 10 weeks. It is IMPERATIVE you complete the revisit treatment. Without it, the results will not be optimal. Colour will fade significantly within 4 weeks as the skin heals, peel and fades. Revisit corrects any irregularities in the healed eyebrows, color tone and finishes the process.
** Occasionally a third touch up (4-6 weeks later) is necessary for certain clients where the pigment does not take as well to the skin.
