Powder Brows are a popular form of permanent makeup for a reason.
If you already have full brows but are tired of filling them in yourself, we definitely recommend powder brows, which give a gorgeous natural finish that simply helps to define your brows.
Powder brows tend to last a little longer on the skin, which is why they’re recommended for people with oily skin, as hairstrokes can last way much less, depending on skin.
This technique is also highly recommended before you do hair strokes. It will add fullness and definition to your eyebrows and it will help your eyebrows last longer.
Our AfterPay system helps you get beautiful eyebrows, while making it easy to pay with installments. No credit check is required.
After your powder brows heal, you can have a hairstroks, that way your eyebrows will look much fuller and still very natural.
It is extremely important to be relaxed before and after your treatment. If you are stressed, your body will reject the pigment and you may need to do more than two sessions. It is highly recommended to do things that are stress free and that make you happy. Trust me, it truly does make a difference.
NOTE: it will look very natural after eyebrows heal

WHAT IS POWDER BROWS?
Powder Brows are meant to create a powder look much like topical powder make up. They are not for creating hair strokes at all and are best for clients that want a more solid looking brow or have brows but want a base color.
Who's ideal for powder brows? Someone who simply want to have their brows filled in with makeup and not have to fill the, in every day and a guide for shaping. Powder brows do have a more defined look.
WHO IS POWDER BROW SUITABLE FOR ?
Powder Brows is done using a machine and very fine disposable cartridges to deposit pigments into the epidermis. More superficial than tattooing and impacting color closer to the top skin surface.
WHO IS NOT IDEAL FOR THIS PROCEDURE?
If you are pregnant or nursing. You cannot have this treatment done if you are pregnant or breast-feeding due to the hormonal change, color may look completely different then expected .
It is your responsibility to inform the technician PRIOR to starting the procedure if you are Pregnant or breast feeding.
HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
It is a semi-permanent amazing brow procedure that lasts about a year! (6 to 18 month touch-up would be ideal) Semi-Permanent make up is an ART not a science. Client results will vary. Even though it is effective and lasts up to a year in most cases, no guarantee can be made that a specific client will benefit from the procedure. Everyones skin is different, it is very important that each client understands that I can create perfect, gorgeous brows but ultimately it is up to your skin to retain my semi-permanent cosmetic service. Generally the results are amazing but it very much depends on your own skin type, texture and oiliness. Permanent makeup heals about 30% to 70% lighter. This is a very natural corrective service.... **** IF you have darker hair please note this service will heal lighter than your natural hair color. It will seem like you need a touch up when you may not. It does not eliminate the need for brow powder...... I am giving you a template! No guarantee can be made that a specific client will benefit the same as another from this procedure. Fading and undesirable scabbing can occur.
WILL I STILL HAVE TO WAX OR PLUCK NEW GROWTH?
Yes. While I cannot control your new growth coming back, I have now given you an amazing new template to make your maintenance much easier!
HOW LONG DOES A POWDER BROW TREATMENT TAKE?
The initial procedure takes approximately 1/2 hours. During this time, a consultation is done where we discuss your desired brow look, choose a colour tone and draw the initial outline of the procedure area for your approval. Though our faces are NOT perfectly symmetrical (one side is usually flatter than the other), our goal is to create as much symmetry as possible! As we like to say BROWS ARE SISTERS, NOT TWINS. Once you are satisfied with the basic shape and symmetry, we numb it and create beautiful hair looking strokes with a manual hand tool.
*We strongly advise to book your first Powder brow appointment at least 1-2 months in advance of Vacation, Weddings, and special occasions. This allows adequate time for healing of both your initial powder brow appointment as well as a touch up appointment 4-6 week after.
IS POWDER BROWS TREATMENT PAINFUL?
The level of discomfort is relatively minor. Some like it to tweezing two to three hairs at the same time. Usually a topical anesthetic is used to numb the area being worked. Topical anesthetics are safe and may contain lidocaine, tetracaine and epinephrine.
Redness and slight swelling in the area is common after the procedure. Often clients liken the feeling to a slight sunburn. Frequently Tylenol is used to deaden any discomfort.
WILL MY POWDER BROWS LOOK FAKE?
All the work carried out at our studio is intended to look natural, we never create an eyebrow that appears to be drawn with a sharpie pen! We all want natural looking brows but how natural is natural? Both brow styles can look super soft, or have a more intense make-up look, this can be easily achieved with our state of the art PMU techniques.
Both the hair-stroke and powder eyebrow style are beautiful, it just comes down to which one you prefer. Powder brows ideal for those who want a more solid looking brow or have brows but want a base color. Also, oily skin will hold powder eyebrows better then hair stroke.
IS THERE ANY DOWN TIME AFTER PROCEDURE? DO I NEED TO TAKE OFF WORK?
No, Directly after procedure you are free to resume your day - with fabulous brows of course! Just keep up with your post care instructions!
WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE ANY HAIR?
Just because your skin is not receptive to hair strokes, doesn't mean you can't wake up with perfect eyebrows every morning. After powder brows heal you can come for hairstrokes session and we will create a beautiful hairstrokes that will add fullness to your eyebrows and they will still look very natural!
WHAT NOT TO DO?
We are asking you at first day of your treatment to take bathe not shower. Next day you may shower or bathe normally, but avoid getting any harsh soaps, shampoos, water on them as this can be detrimental to the bonding process that must take place for the pigment to stabilizing in the dermis. DO NOT pick or scratch at the dry skin/flakiness; let the skin fall off naturally. Picking can cause scarring and premature loss of pigment. IMPORTANT: Once the flakes have fallen off, a shiny layer of healing skin will completely cover treated area. It may appear that your eyebrows has been completely disappeared. This is just new skin forming. Within 1-2 weeks, the skin will slowly reappear at a lighter shade as your skin regenerates, you will see that your color will come back.
WHAT NOT TO USE?
DO NOT use Vaseline, Neosporin or other petroleum based product while healing.
DO NOT apply any anti-acne product (e.g. Benzoyl Peroxide, Salicylic Acid, Proactive, etc.) or lightening creams (skin bleaching creams) such as hydroquinone to the treated area while healing. No anti-aging products or facial products containing Alpha Hydroxyls (AHAs), Retin-A, Lactic or Glycolic Acids.
DO NOT soak your face under water in a bathtub or allow the shower spray directly in your face for two weeks.
No Sun exposure, swimming pools, jacuzzis, saunas or other bodies of water for two weeks.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO HEAL?
After the first session, the initial healing process will take 7-11 days. Then your brows will go through a cycle of natural exfoliation.Immediately following your procedure, the treated area will appear to be darker and bolder in color, more sharply defined or even a more filled in appearance (we call them your evening make up eyebrows). This can last up to a week after the treatment while the initial healing process takes place. The treated area may feel a bit like sunburn afterwards but there should be minimal discomfort and minimal redness.During the initial healing period, there may be scabbing, flaking or peeling of the skin. When that happens, do not pick, and allow the scab or dry skin to come off in its own. This is very important! If scabs come off prematurely, the pigment will come out with it! The complete healing process take about 4-6 weeks, at which time the true color of the tattoo is evident. During this process, your tattoo will soften and lighten. Be patient, even if you think too much color has been lost, as your skin is still regenerating and naturally exfoliating.
Once the brows healed, you are a free bird! You will have a set of perfectly natural hair looking brows that will last from a 6 months to a year and a half. After that period, you can come back for retouch and refresh the color. No one, even your friends or family will know.
Exposure to the sun over time can cause fading and discoloration of the pigment. Once completely healed, we recommend applying sunscreen daily on the treated area. Wear large sunglasses and a hat for further protection. Rinse and dry the area thoroughly when in contact with chlorine.
Glycolic acid, microdermabrasion, chemical face peel products and laser treatments must be kept away from the tattooed area as continued use could lighten or discolor the pigment.
If you are having laser resurfacing or laser hair removal after your tattoo has healed, please inform the laser technician. Continue at your own discretion. Laser procedures may darken, lighten, or discolor the tattooed area.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF I NEED A REVISIT APPOINTMENT?
The best results generally come from a two step process. Revisit allow us to analyze how the color regenerates beneath the skin and add in areas that may have healed incorrectly. Healed results are unique to each client and we do our best to create a consistent experience. Revisits are beneficial for color restoration, shape correction, and/or any fine tuning the client desires and are highly recommended.
THIS IS TEO STEP PROCESS. BROWS LOOK REALLY FINISHES AFTER THE 2ND APPOINTMENT.
The second stage of the treatment is a REVISIT appointment. Second session are done no earlier than 4 weeks of your initial procedure and no later than 10 weeks. It is IMPERATIVE you complete the revisit treatment. Without it, the results will not be optimal. Colour will fade significantly within 4 weeks as the skin heals, peel and fades. Revisit corrects any irregularities in the healed eyebrows, color tone and finishes the process.
** Occasionally a third touch up (4-6 weeks later) is necessary for certain clients where the pigment does not take as well to the skin.
